We are Sam & Alex, the faces behind SAMEX.

Our love for Oktoberfest and beer festivals started at a young age. When we were looking for our first Lederhosen, we quickly realized there were really only two options: a cheap Lederhosen that didn’t look great, or a good-looking one that was simply too expensive.

We thought there had to be a better way.

So we decided to create our own Lederhosen that was affordable, comfortable, and actually looked good. We ordered our first 400 pairs and went for it.

The result? They sold out in the very first year.

What started as an idea between two friends grew into SAMEX. Today, we have sold thousands of Oktoberfest outfitsand continue to build the brand every day.

From packing our first orders ourselves to where we are today, one thing has never changed: we still love building something around a tradition and a celebration that we have enjoyed together for years.
